• Built inbound and outbound automation that brought together tasks across several internal systems. Most incoming items took about eight to fifteen seconds to process, compared with roughly two to five minutes manually.
• Added exception alerts, notifications to the responsible employees, and outbound checks for completed images and flagged items. Together, the tools helped reduce the studio’s measured inbound and outbound defect rate from about 2.3% to 0.05%.
• Worked with preparation and styling leads to develop complexity-adjusted productivity standards using existing targets, observed processing times, and their knowledge of the work.
• Built an Excel/VBA barcode-scanning prototype that informed a web application adopted by 108 studios globally. Worked with developers to keep the calculation logic adaptable across different product lines and studio standards.
• Supported adoption across seven U.S. studios, trained international colleagues, and wrote procedures and user guides. Used Tableau reports to analyze productivity and support capacity planning.
• Investigated inventory exceptions and coordinated product imaging workflows. Served as a senior member of a seven-person team and supported operational continuity during manager absences.

• Developing an independent software and IT services business focused on practical websites, automation, and custom software for individuals and small businesses.

• Lead a three-person team developing a Django-based trading simulation with accounts, simulated stock prices, trading, portfolios, and transaction history.
• Document requirements and system design, coordinate assignments, review pull requests, and integrate the team’s work.
